Nestled in the grounds of a magnificent Georgian Old Rectory built in 1842 with sweeping lawns and stunning gardens, The Old Stables has been painstakingly restored by it's interior designer owner combining a superb modern kitchen and wet room with traditional oak beams, antique, OKA and French furniture. Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy towels from The White Company ensure this is a truly luxurious sanctuary away from it all. Oak French doors open into a huge airy open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room and the large bedroom with Kingsize bed is both romantic and peaceful with an adjoining beautiful stone tiled wet room with shower, WC and basin.
The venue is perfect for brides to be, who are welcome to invite hairdresser, makeup artists and family to help prepare for their big day, they can take unforgettable photographs in the gorgeous garden before heading off for their nuptials and return with the groom for the wedding night.
The Old Stables is a separate property from the main house with it's own front door and parking. Everything you could possibly need is provided including underfloor heating throughout the whole property, dishwasher, washer dryer, elec hob and oven, fridge and separate freezer, huge TV, good quality tuned piano.

For the privacy of guests there is a patio area right outside the property complete with table, chairs and barbeque but guests are equally welcome to explore the rest of the 1.65 acre garden and find a quiet spot to watch the sun set.
